Reddi Basha is the Founder of JioSis, bringing over 25 years of professional experience in teaching, corporate training, and software development.
He holds MCA, B.Ed., and LL.B. degrees, combining technical expertise with extensive experience in education, professional training, and software technologies.
His professional journey has provided him with valuable exposure to diverse technologies, corporate environments, and industry practices.
With a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing, he has trained 100,000+ students and learners through both online and offline training programs.

For Reddi Basha, teaching is more than a profession—it is a passion. He enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring learners, developing practical skills, and helping individuals grow with confidence.
Through JioSis, his vision is to create a practical and learner-focused digital education platform that enables individuals to acquire relevant skills, understand emerging opportunities, and continuously improve themselves.
Teaching Experience
He began his teaching career in educational institutions, where he taught Mathematics and Physics and gained valuable experience in classroom teaching, student mentoring, and academic development over 5 years.
Corporate Training Experience
Over the course of his career, he has conducted in-house training programs and workshops for corporate teams and professionals from renowned organizations such as Mercedes-Benz, Deloitte, HP, Wipro, Accenture, Honeywell, Mindtree, and many others.
Software Development Experience
With 20+ years of experience in software development, he has worked in senior technical roles including Technical Lead and Architect, specializing in Oracle Database Development, and performance tuning.
Over the course of his professional career, he has worked with leading organizations including Société Générale, IBM, TE, Dell, UST Global, Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, TCS, Innover, and RBC, etc.
His extensive technical experience includes designing and developing database solutions, optimizing complex SQL and PL/SQL programs, implementing advanced Oracle database concepts, analyzing and resolving performance challenges in enterprise-scale applications.
This combination of hands-on technical expertise, architecture experience, and practical industry exposure forms a strong foundation for his approach to technology training and professional education.
